Shipping/Returns Policy


Thank you for shopping with Milestones Therapy. Milestones Therapy can ship to any address within Australia, via Australia Post.

We can also ship some products to New Zealand. There are certain products we are not authorized to ship into NZ, so please contact us if you are in doubt. NZ customers must email their purchase orders, so we can get you a shipping quotation based on weight.

When an order is placed, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items.

Please note that not all sizes and styles will be available for immediate delivery. In some cases your item may need to be backordered or custom made, with a delivery time frame of 10-21 days (depending on the product) We will aim to provide you with an ETA at the time of order. 


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated on order total as follows;

$0 - $100 = $10.00

$101 - $300 = $12.00

$301 - $500 = $16.00

$501 - $2000 = $20.00

We recommend that you seek professional advice prior to placing an order. Please consult with your health professional or contact us and we will help you to choose the best option to suit your or your child’s needs. Please read and follow sizing charts and measurement guidelines prior placing your order.

WHAT can be exchanged or returned?

Products that are purchased “off the shelf” 

Products must be in as new / unused condition

Products must be in original packaging

Custom made products are NOT able to be exchanged or returned as these have been measured to fit a specific individual.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable unless the product is faulty.


You have 7 days to contact us to return an item from the date you received it. All items must be received back into store within 14 days.

A credit will be processed within 7 days once your return has been confirmed.

Refunds are issued via the payment method you used to place the order.

For items being exchanged you may be charged a 10% restocking fee. This will be deducted from the credit returned to you. This fee will not be applied to returns of faulty items.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Returns Process

For online orders, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.

For all other orders, please email us at with your returned items details. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
